This paper studies the liberalization commitments on trade in telecommunication services of countries acceded to the WTO. For this purpose, the degree of trade liberalization commitments on the telecommunication services of these countries has been estimated. According to the findings based on the experiences, a number of scenarios have been presented for Iran’s telecommunication services liberalization commitments in its process of WTO accession.
