This paper studies the liberalization commitments on trade in tourism and travel related services of countries acceded to the WTO. For this purpose, the degree of trade liberalization commitments on the tourism travel related services of these countries has been estimated. According to the findings based on the experiences, a number of scenarios have been presented for Iran’s tourism and travel related services liberalization commitments in its process of WTO accession. Moreover, based on the policy measures effective in this sector, the first draft schedule of commitments is prepared for Iran.
