Abstract

This research seeks to identify export and investment opportunities in the industrial sector of Iran by studying regional and global demand. By identifying regional (countries mentioned in the 20-Year Vision of I.R. Iran) and global demands and denoting imported goods with increasing share in 20 year period ending in 2010, as well as determining the potentials of export and production of Iran, we endeavored to highlight the goods that contribute to an active role of the country in the regional markets. The list of these goods with the aim of promoting exports and increasing production is provided in this research.
